Revolution Photography Series

In this collection of photographs, as their name indicates, Sahabi has recorded them from the period of Revolution. The most important aspect in this collection is that regardless of the common political definition of revolution and the definition of documentary photography, Sahabi’s lens has moved to the margins that although they are far away from the centrality of the revolution yet the passage of time and many incidents have proven this point that these margins played an important role in the development and the occurrence of revolution. In fact, Sahabi’s fierce eyes have moved by passing the recording of the happenings to imaging the unseen which only the criterion of discourse and context is effective in revealing their meaning.
