Abstract Series

Manouchehr Niazi's works always oscillate between figurative and abstract expression, and every time he chooses a special expressive discourse between these two levels for some reason. But his abstract view of color since the mid-1950s has led to the creation of a collection that chooses color as an aesthetic expression among the elements of painting. In this collection, the color and its composition is different from the abstract painting of the 1960s that is common in Iran and is based on coloring and color combination. In this collection, Niazi considers painting as a piece with aesthetics and a scaffolding of colorful events.
